Hello there! I'm Andy. I'm kind of shy because I've been through a lot. When I was brought into the shelter, I couldn't use my back legs and was in a lot of pain. I've had spine surgery and don't hurt anymore. I use my wheels about half of the time now. I'm getting my strength back and my feet under me! The doctor says I might always need to have my wheels around for when I get tired, but I think I look pretty darn cool with them. I need a special human that has the patience to give me the time, TLC, and easy exercise at home so I can finish healing from the surgery. My foster mom says I'm an excellent cuddler.  Can I cuddle you?
